Most of the hair falls out within 6-9 months after the surgery. It may take about a year for the hair to come out completely and become bushy.

- Do not touch the hair transplant area within 24 hours after the hair transplant.
- The transplanted hair follicles should not come into contact with the headboard, blanket or pillow during the night's sleep and should not damage it. It is recommended to use a hard and small pillow for this. You can sleep on your back or on your forehead.
- Tight clothes are not recommended for two weeks. This is because the planting surface increases the risk of contact with pillows and bedding. It is also recommended to be worn outdoors. - Ideal for two weeks of outerwear such as shirts, cardigans and zippered sweaters. Do not wear T-shirts, turtlenecks or very tight underwear in order not to damage the planting area. This means that contact with the planting area should be avoided for two weeks, as it may damage the transplanted hair follicles and cause them to fall out.
- Swimming, solarium and all kinds of hairdressing services should not be done for two weeks. It can damage hair follicles and increase the risk of infection.
- Hair can be cut with scissors after 15 days unless shaved.
- Do not wash or touch the flocked area with water for 2 days. The first wash should be done within 8 hours after the second operation. Your doctor or healthcare team will do this cleaning. The important thing is to wash it gently without damaging the hair follicles and not to damage the hair.
- If you do head kick sports (football, basketball, taekwondo, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, etc.), you should start these activities after 5 days.
- If you are going to travel right after hair transplantation, you can travel with a simple inflatable pillow around your neck to avoid damaging your hair follicles by leaning your head against glass or other surfaces.
- Do not use aspirin in the first week after surgery. It is also not recommended to take anticoagulant or herbal supplements such as ginseng, ginkgo biloba, vitamin E. After hair transplantation, it takes 2.5 to months for the hair to regrow. Medicines such as antibiotics, painkillers used after hair transplantation and the way they are used must be checked by the doctor who performed the surgery.
